BNY Mellon Securities Corporation (BNYSC) offers a wrap fee investment program called the BNY Managed Asset Program (MAP). The program has three components: a Mutual Fund Series, a Customized Investment Series, and a Municipal Bond Series. BNYSC may serve as a Portfolio Manager and retain affiliated investment management firms as subadvisers.
Fee Structure
The client will pay an annual advisory fee that includes fees and expenses for investment advisory, custodial, clearing, and other services provided under the program, as well as all brokerage commissions and associated transaction costs. The advisory fee for the Personal Bond Strategy is a fixed, non-tiered rate of 0.70%.
