RoundAngle Advisors LLC offers wrap fee programs where clients pay a specified fee for investment advisory services and transaction execution. Portfolios are tailored to client needs and reviewed annually. The firm may use charting, cyclical, fundamental, and technical analysis. Strategies include long-term, short-term purchases, trading, and options.
Fee Structure
The maximum annual advisory fee charged will be 2.00%. Fees are negotiable and will be specified in the client agreement. Fees are deducted quarterly in advance. Clients may also pay custodial fees and other expenses not included in the wrap fee. The firm requires a minimum household balance of $500,000 for the Wrap Asset Management service, but this may be waived.
