AE Wealth Management, LLC (AEWM) provides investment advisory services through IARs, offering model portfolio solutions managed by AEWM, third-party strategists, or advisor-managed models. Fee Structure
Fees for asset management are based on a percentage of assets under management, negotiable up to 2.5% annually. The fee includes portions for AEWM and potentially the model portfolio manager. Financial planning and consulting are offered under hourly- and fixed-fee arrangements, outside the wrap fee program. TPRIA program clients may pay separate commissions, ticket charges, and custodian fees. AEWM offers an advisory fee discount for IARs, employees of IARs, employees of AEWM, and employees of Advisors Excel when accounts are managed by AEWM.
