About This Firm
EIC is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor offering equity strategies (All-Cap, Large-Cap, Mid-Cap Value) and portfolios combining equity with fixed income. They provide discretionary portfolio management for institutional and private investors through separate accounts and serve as a sub-advisor to wrap account programs. EIC also manages the EIC Value Fund.
Fee Structure
EIC's management fees range from 0.30% to 1% per year of assets managed or advised. All management fees are subject to negotiation. Clients may also incur charges imposed by custodians, broker-dealers, and other third parties. Several clients are invested solely in the EIC Value Fund, in which case no management fee is charged since a management fee is already embedded in the Fund.
