Fee Structure
Crestwood charges an annual fee based on assets under management, prorated and charged quarterly. The fee is negotiable and varies based on factors like asset size and investment strategy. Legacy clients may pay different rates. All relationships are subject to a minimum of $1,000,000 in investible assets. Clients under this minimum may be subject to a minimum fee of $10,000 a year or $2,500 a quarter. Pathfinder clients pay 0.60% annually. Clients are responsible for fees charged by financial institutions. Crestwood does not receive compensation from the sale of securities.
