Altera Private Access’ focus is on providing advisory services to Clients investing in the lower, lower -middle, and middle markets.
Fee Structure
Altera Private Access enters into different fee arrangements on an investment-by-investment basis, based on the size of the offering and target return profile. Examples of fee types include advisory fees on total committed or contributed capital, annual tech & platform fees, annual investment management fees, one-time closing fees, underwriting fees, and portfolio construction fees. Affiliated general partners may receive a performance-based incentive fee.
