BDFS Capital, LLC offers wrap fee programs where transaction fees are wrapped together with management fees. They provide ongoing portfolio management based on individual client goals, objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance. BDFS creates an Investment Policy Statement for each client.

Fee Estimator
BDFS Capital, LLC charges an annual fee based on assets under management, as detailed in the fee table. These fees are negotiable depending on the client's needs and the complexity of the situation. The final fee schedule is attached as an exhibit to the client contract. Clients participating in the wrap fee program will not have to pay for transaction or trading fees except for trades executed away from the custodian. There is no account minimum for any of BDFS’ services.
