About This Firm
FSAM works with clients to determine their investment objectives and risk profile, developing customized investment plans. Services include direct portfolio management, separately managed accounts, variable annuity sub-account management, 401K advisory programs, and wrap fee account programs through third-party sponsors.

Annual fees in international advisory accounts may range up to 2%. All fees are negotiable between the client and FSAM.
Fee Estimator
FSAM charges fees based on a percentage of assets under management, calculated annually and billed quarterly in advance. For Advisor Managed Accounts, fees range from 1.00% to 1.50% depending on the account size. International advisory accounts may range up to 2%. These fees are negotiable. Clients may also incur brokerage commissions, transaction fees, and other related costs. Variable Annuity Sub-Account Management Services are charged a 1.5% annualized fee. Managed360 Program and AssetMark Platform fees vary based on the program selected, plus a fee to FSAM for its services. A Puerto Rico Reporting Fee of $50.00 is charged for accounts holding Puerto Rico securities. International accounts are charged an annual account fee of $375.
