Glide Capital serves as the investment adviser for certain private investment pools (Master Funds). They provide continuous and supervisory investment advice, researching and monitoring third-party investment managers. Glide Capital does not provide advisory services to any Investor Fund Series.
Fee Structure
Glide Capital charges an annual fee of 0.35% per year with a minimum advisory fee of $20,000 per Master Series. Glide Platform charges management fees for the creation and operation of the Investor Fund Series which typically range from 0.30% to 1.00%, depending on the size and complexity of the Investor Fund Series.
