About This Firm
Zarvona Energy LLC serves as a discretionary fund manager to private equity funds, providing fund management and investment advisory services related to the acquisition, development, ownership, operation, and sale of oil and gas interests. The firm manages funds on a discretionary basis in accordance with each Fund’s organizational documents.
Fee Structure
Zarvona Energy charges management fees to each fund for fund management and investment advisory services, payable quarterly in advance. Management Fees for Fund III-A and Fund III-B through December 31, 2021, were the lesser of (i) 1.00% of Capital Commitments plus 1.00% of Capital Contributions invested and (ii) 2.00% of Capital Commitments. Beginning on January 1, 2022, Management Fees for Fund III-A and Fund III-B are 2.00% of Capital Contributions invested. Management fees for Fund IV-A and Fund IV-B through December 31, 2024, were the lesser of (i) 1.00% of Capital Commitments plus 1.00% of Capital Contributions and (ii) 2.00% of Capital Commitments. There are no Management Fees associated with Fund III-C. The firm also receives carried interest in the profits of each of the Funds’ project investments.
