Fee Structure
Masterpiece Capital, LLC charges a maximum of 1.50% annually for asset management services, billed quarterly in arrears. For clients utilizing third-party managers, the maximum annual fee is 2.00%. Financial planning and consulting fees range from $500 to $75,000 on a flat fee basis, depending on the scope and complexity. The firm uses the SEI Wealth Platform which does not incur charges for individual trades executed by SEI Private Trust Company. Platform fees based on account asset levels will be assessed by SEI to all client assets invested in non-SEI sponsored Transaction Fee (TF) Funds, ETFs and Managed Securities, capped at $250/quarter ($1,000 annually), per client household relationship, but will be absorbed by Masterpiece Capital, LLC.
