World Equity Group (WEG) is a registered investment adviser and broker/dealer offering fee-based financial planning and investment advisory services. WEG provides access to actively managed stock and bond portfolios, asset allocation programs, and financial planning services through the Adhesion Money Management Program, a wrap fee program managed by Adhesion Wealth Advisor Solutions. Client accounts are held at Schwab & Co.
Fee Structure
The Adhesion Money Management Program charges an annual wrap fee based on assets under management. This fee covers investment advice, portfolio management, asset allocation, rebalancing, transaction execution, and custody. The total wrap fee shall not exceed 2.50%. The fee is comprised of WEG's platform fee, third-party money manager fees (which vary), and a negotiable IAR fee. There is also an optional tax overlay management fee of 0.12% for accounts between $25k-$750k and 0.08% for accounts over $750k. For accounts under $50,000, the ETF Select Model portfolio is offered at a 1.5% annual fee. Fees are negotiable between the client and IAR and are paid quarterly in advance.
