About This Firm
CrowdStreet Advisors, LLC is a registered investment advisor and a wholly-owned subsidiary of CrowdStreet, Inc. The firm manages and advises real estate investment funds, leveraging CrowdStreet's network and data. They make investment decisions, provide portfolio management, administrative and reporting services, and manage the day-to-day business of the Funds based on each Fund’s guidelines.
Fee Structure
CrowdStreet Advisors generally charges an annual management fee based on investors’ capital commitments and invested capital. Some Funds have different fee structures, such as the CrowdStreet REIT, Inc. which charges based on net asset value. CrowdStreet Advisors may waive or reduce the management fee with respect to any investor in a Fund other than CrowdStreet REIT, Inc. Each Fund generally bears the costs and expenses associated with its operation.
