Fee Structure
SkyOak's fees depend on the services provided. Investment management fees are based on a percentage of assets under management and can range from 0.050% to 1.95%. Financial planning fees range from $1,500 to $10,000 for an initial plan, $200 to $600 per hour, or an annual retainer of 50% of the initial plan cost. Private Wealth Manager and Family Office service fees are calculated as annual flat fees, hourly fees (minimum $300/hour), or a percentage of net worth (0.18% to 0.48%). Corporate retirement plan advisory fees range from 0.50% to 1.25%.
