Fee Structure
Fees for portfolio management are based on a percentage of assets under management, as detailed in various fee schedules (Schedules 1-7). Each advisor representative can select the schedule that best aligns with client needs. Fees are billed monthly in arrears based on the average daily balance. Financial planning fees are either fixed (ranging from $100 to $100,000) or hourly (ranging from $100 to $500 per hour), both negotiable and billed in arrears. Consulting fees range from 0.50% to 1.00% annually on assets held at Mutual Securities, Inc.
