Fee Structure
RSG Wealth Management receives compensation from third-party asset managers for client referrals, either as a percentage of the manager's fee or a fixed fee. The maximum total annual fee (including both RSG's and the third-party manager's fees) will not exceed: 2.50% on the first $2,000,000; 2.05% on $2,000,001 to $5,000,000; 1.60% on $5,000,001 to $10,000,000; and 1.00% over $10,000,000. RSG's portion is 35% of the total fee, and the third-party manager's portion is 65%.
