About This Firm
IEQ Capital, LLC offers portfolio management and investment advisory services to individuals, high net worth individuals or families, trusts, foundations, endowments, non-profit organizations, and other business entities. They invest in stocks, exchange-traded securities, mutual funds, index funds, direct investments and alternative private investments, including Digital Assets. IEQ also engages third-party sub-advisers to manage client assets. Ancillary services such as reporting on non-advisory assets and bill payment are also offered.
Fee Structure
IEQ's management fees are negotiable, up to 1% annually, depending on the client account, relationship with the firm, asset size/complexity, and investment strategies. Some clients have a minimum quarterly fee starting at $6,250, though some negotiate lower minimums. Fees are typically based on the prior quarter-end net asset value and paid quarterly in advance, though some legacy clients pay in arrears. IEQ may also negotiate a fixed dollar amount fee. Clients investing in private funds for which IEQ serves as a sub-adviser will pay a sub-advisory fee of up to 1.0% directly from the applicable Access Fund in lieu of collecting management fees for those assets under the IMA.
