About This Firm
Keystone Private Wealth offers customized investment advisory solutions through personal client contact and discretionary investment management, planning, and related advisory services. Portfolios are constructed using mutual funds, ETFs, individual stocks, and fixed income securities. Financial planning services are offered as part of the investment advisory engagement or as a separate engagement.
Fee Structure
Investment advisory fees are paid quarterly in arrears, based on the average daily ending market value of assets under management. The annual fee will not exceed 2.00%. Fees may be negotiable. Financial planning and consulting services are offered at an hourly rate of up to $350 per hour, or on a fixed or recurring fee basis ranging from $500 to $10,000. Keystone charges an additional $100 per annum for each corporate account.
