About This Firm
Mariner Platform Solutions, LLC provides personal financial planning, reporting, consulting, and investment advisory services to individuals, pension and profit-sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations and business entities. IARs employ various investment strategies and may utilize model portfolios provided by the Firm or third-party managers. The firm also offers access to third-party managers and their investment products and services.
Fee Structure
Fees are based on assets under management or advisement. In certain cases, financial planning, reporting and/or consulting services are provided for an additional fee, which can be based on a percentage of assets or a flat or hourly rate. The minimum investment required on the AssetMark Platform depends upon the Investment Solution chosen for a Client’s account and is generally $10,000 for Mutual Fund and $25,000 for ETF Accounts and from $25,000 to $1,000,000 for Privately Managed and Unified Managed Accounts, depending on the investment strategy selected for the account.
