Retirement plan consulting fees are based on a percentage of plan assets (up to 1.00%) or a flat fee (up to $100,000) if the client has $2,500,000 or greater in AUM with the firm. Clients may also be subject to fees imposed by the DAF sponsor or Schwab for trustee services.
