Fee Estimator
VGA charges an annual investment advisory fee based on total assets under management. The annual fee is negotiable, especially for accounts over $1,000,000. Fees are billed quarterly in arrears. Clients may terminate their account within five business days of signing the Investment Advisory Agreement with no obligation or penalty. After five business days, the Client may cancel by providing written notice to VGA.
