About This Firm
ProTools, LLC is a registered investment adviser that introduces clients to portfolio management solutions offered by its affiliate, TPFG. TPFG offers various investment solutions within the EPIC Program, including Strategy PLUS, EPIC Plus, Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), Core Retirement Overlay (CORE), Variable Annuity Optimization Solution (VAO), Single Ticker Model (STM), CHOICE Segment, and Pacific Premier Partners Program (P4).
Fee Structure
Clients pay various fees based on the investment solution selected. These fees cover ProTools' operations, management fees, and strategist costs. Fees are exclusive of fund, strategist, or investment product fees, as well as brokerage or account maintenance fees charged by the custodian. The total annual fee paid shall not exceed 2.00%. For Strategy Plus, clients indirectly pay fees through the PFG Funds. For SMA, CORE and VAO Solutions, Clients pay a management fee to TPFG, and a fee is paid to the Adviser. Under certain circumstances, a custom fee schedule may be applied as agreed to by TPFG, the Adviser and Client.
