About This Firm
OneAscent Capital LLC (OAC) focuses on providing investors access to private investments aligned with their faith-based values. OAC manages private placements and a registered investment company, the OneAscent Capital Opportunities Fund (Interval Fund). The private placement side is led by the OneAscent Capital Impact Fund I, LP (Flagship Fund), OAC Evergreen I, LLC (Evergreen), and various ancillary investment entities. OAC allocates assets primarily among a select group of portfolio managers that invest in private equity, but may also invest directly in a private equity investment.
Fee Structure
Fees are charged based on the specific product (Flagship Fund, Interval Fund, or Evergreen) an investor chooses. The Flagship Fund charges a management fee of 1.0% of committed capital related to investments in other investment funds and an additional 1.0% on committed capital related to investments in private deals without an intermediary fund. After a 7.0% preferred return, investors pay a 10% performance-based fee related to investments in other investment entities and a 20% performance-based fee related to investments in direct investments. Interval Fund investors pay a management fee of 1.5% of assets under management. Evergreen investors pay a management fee of 1% annually of the fair market value of its investments and a 10% performance based fee on the appreciation of their capital account during the year.
