About This Firm
Titleist Asset Management, LLC (TAM) provides investment management services through a wrap fee program. They manage assets within an advisory account for a single fee that includes portfolio management, reporting, and transaction costs. TAM creates and manages asset allocation models and provides investment advice tailored to client's goals and objectives. TAM may utilize leverage in client accounts and calculates fees on the gross value of the portfolio.
Fee Structure
TAM charges a maximum advisory fee of up to 2% for the management of your Program account. This fee covers portfolio construction, asset allocation, ongoing review, and certain brokerage-related services. The trading cost component is estimated to range from $100 to $500 per account per year. Clients utilizing TAM model strategies and/or third-party money managers will be charged additional fees. The wrap fee does not include private alternative investment fees and expenses, annual account fees or other administrative fees.
