About This Firm
Elite TAMP, LLC offers investment models and portfolio services to other independent investment advisory firms (RIAs). They create different strategies or model portfolios available to these RIAs and maintain strategy models for Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (TAMPs). Elite does not offer direct investment advice to the independent RIA’s clients.
Fee Structure
Elite TAMP does not directly serve retail or private clients. Fees are received for services provided only when registered investment advisers (RIAs) choose to utilize their models for their clients. Compensation comes in the form of a revenue share arrangement with third-party managers, or managers of funds and/or exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Elite may add an overlay fee and share in the fees charged by private funds when acting as a subadvisor. Elite may also provide consulting services to RIAs to help them develop their investment management processes and portfolio models on a fee-for-service basis.
