EFSL charges 1.50% annually on the first $500,000 of assets under management and 0.75% on assets above $500,000. These fees are negotiable. They also charge between 0.70% and 1.00% for assets managed by independent managers, in addition to the independent manager's fees. Financial planning fees are fixed and range from $1,000 to $5,000. Retirement plan consulting fees are up to 0.75% of plan assets and are negotiable.
