About This Firm

State Farm Investment Management Corp. (SFIMC) offers a wrap fee program where assets are managed on a discretionary basis according to model portfolios. SFIMC selects ETFs and mutual funds for these portfolios. Clients work with an IAR to choose a suitable portfolio based on their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizon. SFVPMC, a subsidiary of SFIMC, acts as the introducing broker-dealer, and Pershing LLC serves as the custodian.

You'll pay an annual advisory fee based on the value of your account, covering investment advice, custody, and transaction execution. The fee is calculated quarterly in arrears. For accounts with an average daily market value below $15,000 for a full quarter, a minimum quarterly fee of $45 is charged (or $18.75 if you qualify for a reduced advisory fee). Customers cannot negotiate the fees. In addition to the advisory fee, ETFs and mutual funds have internal fees and expenses. You may also be responsible for brokerage or custodial related account fees and expenses.
