Hancock Whitney Investment Services (HWIS) offers investment advice through model target portfolios for SMA and FSP programs. HWIS provides these models to Envestnet, who manages trades and reporting. HWIS does not provide customized advice to participants, and fees are negotiated by the Platform Sponsor or Program Sponsor.
Fee Structure
HWIS manages Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) and Fund Strategy Portfolios (FSPs) for third-party Program Sponsors. Clients pay a single wrap fee to the Program Sponsor. HWIS receives a portion of this fee from the Platform Manager, ranging from 0.10% to 0.25% of assets under management, depending on the SMA or FSP product. Fees paid to HWIS are negotiated by the Platform Sponsor or the Program Sponsor and are not subject to negotiation by the client. HWIS and FSP products are also subject to a specified minimum account size.
