Fee Structure
Aon Securities LLC charges for its fairness opinion services on a fixed fee basis. Fees are negotiated with each client at the start of an assignment and are based on the complexity and difficulty of the proposed transaction. The fee is generally payable in full upon delivery of the fairness opinion. No portion of the fairness opinion fee is refundable nor contingent upon the consummation of a client’s business transaction or a conclusion reached in AS’s fairness opinion. The client is also responsible for additional fees and expenses such as travel, meals, and legal counsel.
