About This Firm
VALIC Financial Advisors (VFA) offers the GPS Program, an advice and asset management program for individuals participating in certain employer-sponsored retirement plans. The program offers two services: GPS Portfolio Advisor (free online advice) and GPS Portfolio Manager (discretionary investment advice with ongoing asset management for a fee). VFA uses Morningstar Investment Management LLC as the independent financial expert.

Advisory fee rate may be negotiated by the plan sponsor. VFA is required to cap the advisory fee for the GPS Program at 0.45% for participants currently enrolled in this program in 403(b) and 457(b) plans offered by Florida K-12 schools, and to also offer this rate to any 403(b) and 457(b) participants offered by Florida K-12 schools who enroll in the GPS Program through the PD annuity within five years from the SEC order date (July 28, 2020).
Fee Estimator
The GPS Portfolio Advisor service is free. For the GPS Portfolio Manager program, you'll pay an annual advisory fee based on your combined account value at each calendar quarter-end. The fee is calculated as follows: 0.60% on the first $100,000, 0.50% on the next $150,000, and 0.45% on the value over $250,000. No advisory fees are assessed if the combined value in your GPS Portfolio Manager account(s) at calendar quarter-end is less than $5,000. The advisory fee rate may be negotiated by the plan sponsor, but not with plan participants. The GPS advisory fees are in addition to any plan administrative fees, fund expenses and product fees.
