CMS will not charge more than 2.00% of assets under management, and this fee is negotiable. The final fee will be agreed upon and disclosed in the Investment Advisory Contract. Fees are calculated and paid monthly or quarterly in advance. The firm may also charge an additional fixed fee for financial planning services, agreed upon within the advisory contract. CMS's fees are negotiable and may be higher than other advisers offering comparable services. A minimum account value of $25,000 is imposed on managed accounts, though this may be waived at CMS's discretion. Certain IRA accounts may be accepted with a minimum initial balance of $2,000.
