Fee Structure
Fees for Investment Supervisory Services are based on a percentage of assets under management, with a maximum annual fee of 1.50% (0.00375 quarterly). The advisor has discretion to lower fees. Fees are calculated on the last day of each calendar quarter and deducted in arrears. There is no minimum account balance required. Clients may incur additional fees for products purchased outside the advisory agreement.
