BigSur's fees are based on a percentage of assets under management or consultation, typically ranging from 0.50% to 1.25% annually, depending on the complexity of the portfolio. They generally require a minimum annual Management/Consultation Fee of $20,000 which applies to the Client’s relationship as a whole and not to each of the Client’s individual legal entities. Lower minimum annual management fees may be accepted and maintained at their discretion. An incentive fee of up to 20% of account performance may also apply. Fees and account minimums are negotiable.
