Fee Structure
SteelPeak charges fixed fees for financial planning and consulting, ranging from $500 to $5,000, depending on the scope and complexity. Investment management fees range from 0.75% to 1.75% annually, based on assets under management. Fees are prorated and charged quarterly in advance. The firm may offset financial planning fees if the client engages them for investment advisory services. The Firm does take a management fee for its services to Long- Short (discounted to 0.50% per annum for SteelPeak clients from 1.50% per annum for non-SteelPeak clients) and Goal -Line (charged based on each limited partner’s capital commitments and discounted to 1.00% per annum for SteelPeak clients from 1.50% per annum for non-SteelPeak clients).
