Portfolio management fees are based on a tiered percentage of assets managed. For example, the maximum annual fee for a $1,500,000 portfolio is 1.75%. Accounts with holdings less than $50,000 may be assessed a $25 quarterly reporting fee. Financial planning and consulting services are offered on an hourly basis (up to $500/hour) or a fixed fee basis (up to $10,000). Access to third-party financial software may incur an annual fee up to $500. Fees are negotiable depending on client circumstances. There is a fee to process the transfer or closing of your account(s): $200 for client aggregate account values greater than $250,000 and $100 for client aggregate accounts less than $250,000.
