Investment advisory fees range up to 2.0% per year, depending on the investment strategy's complexity and the account size. Fees may be reduced or waived for Sonen's directors, officers, and employees. The firm also enters into negotiated, fixed-fee arrangements with clients, varying based on the scope of services. The Advisor’s cumulative minimum account requirement for opening and maintaining an account is $10 million, but the Advisor may, at its sole discretion, accept accounts with a lower value.
