Spark's fees are based on a percentage of assets under management or advisement, hourly charges (maximum $225/hour), or fixed fees, and are negotiable. Fees for assets held away are billed quarterly in advance. Clients using Plan Confidence service are charged a flat monthly fee of $25 per account. Clients must provide 30 days written notice to terminate an account and will not receive any refund upon termination.
