Fees are negotiable between the advisor and client and are based on the value of the account. For non-discretionary accounts, fees are typically at or below 1.5% for Asset Advisor and at or below 1.2% for Custom Choice. For discretionary accounts (PIM), fees are typically at or below 2%. Fees are deducted quarterly. Some accounts may pay transaction commissions instead of a flat fee. There are no custody or inactivity charges, but there may be exchange fees and other regulatory fees. Cresap Inc. also receives a portion of the fees charged by Wells Fargo for cash sweep programs.
