DLS offers portfolio management services with fees negotiable up to a maximum of 2.50% annually (2.00% in Alabama). The specific fee is in the contract. Related client accounts may be grouped for fee determination. Discounts may be offered to family/friends of associated persons. Minimum account sizes vary by program, ranging from $5,000 to $50,000. For assets managed by DLS, fees are paid monthly or quarterly in advance or arrears. Clients receive a pro-rata refund of unearned fees if services are terminated.
