Fee Estimator
Sanders Morris LLC offers a wrap fee program where fees are calculated based on the market value of securities held in the account. The total program fee compensates SM, the Representative, and Lockwood for their services. The portion of the fee payable to SM and the Representative is negotiable, but the Lockwood portion is not. The Lockwood platform fee ranges from 0.20% to 0.75% per year depending on the platform and total assets. Portfolio Manager fees are generally not included in the Total Program Fee for MAP, except for Elite LIS and Elite LAAP.

Donald is involved in several outside business activities, including being a general partner of Ryan Sanders Baseball LP, a board member for Houston Texans Bowl Backers and Houston Police Officers Pension System, owner of an art collection, managing member of SMH Investments I, LLC and SMW Investments LLC, and owner of Don Sanders Chocolates. These activities take up a varying amount of Donald's time, from minimal to about 10-20% of his time.
