Fee Structure
UIC charges an annual fee based on a percentage of assets under management, with a maximum fee of 1.00%. Fees are generally prorated and charged monthly in arrears. For larger clients, a negotiable fixed fee may be charged. Special projects are billed hourly ($100-$350) or at a flat rate. Financial planning fees range from $150 to $7,500, based on complexity and deliverables. Fees may be paid upfront or in installments. If the planning agreement is terminated, fees are prorated based on an hourly rate of $150.00.
