Fee Structure
Nepsis charges a maximum annual advisory fee of 2.50% of assets under management, billed quarterly in advance. This fee is negotiable. An additional asset-based pricing (ABP) fee is charged in lieu of standard ticket charges: 0.20% on the first $75,000, 0.12% from $75,001 to $2,000,000, and 0.08% above $2,000,001. There is also a quarterly performance reporting/account maintenance fee of $21.25 per account. Financial planning and consulting are offered at an hourly rate of $250 or a fixed fee ranging from $5,000 and up, depending on complexity. A minimum of $500,000 is required to open and maintain an advisory account.
