Fees for Institutional Advisory Services are generally subject to negotiation. USI Securities may receive compensation from the Program Sponsor selected by the Institutional Client, who calculates and deducts fees directly from client accounts. Some scenarios may involve the implementation of a minimum fee/charge, which will be specified in the Investment Advisory Agreement. The advisory fees will be prorated for the number of days in which the accounts were open in the event of contract termination.
