Fee Structure
Springwater charges advisory fees based on a percentage of assets under management, fixed fees, or portfolio consulting fees. The advisory fees are calculated quarterly, in arrears, based on the average gross assets under management. Financial and estate planning and monitoring fees range from $1,000.00 to $20,000.00, either as a one-time fee or an annual assessment. Portfolio consulting fees are negotiated on a fixed fee basis, ranging from $20,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. All fees are subject to negotiation.
