Fees may be based on cumulative household assets under management. Certain ERISA rules prevent householding corporate plans with personal assets for fee reductions. Refer to your advisory agreement for your specific fee rate(s).
Fee Estimator
FMI charges an annual fee based on assets under management, billed quarterly in advance. Fees are calculated using a graduated schedule (see table). Consulting services are billed at a fixed or hourly rate (generally $300/hour, ranging up to $20,000) or based on assets under advisement, also billed in advance. Financial planning may be included with asset management at no additional cost. Retirement plan sponsor fees are negotiable. Clients may incur additional custodial, brokerage, and third-party fees.
