Management fees and minimum account sizes are subject to negotiation, but will not exceed 2.50% of assets under management. Fees are calculated and paid quarterly in arrears or in advance. The fixed rate for creating financial plans is $1,500, with significant plan updates costing $750. These fees are also negotiable. Clients may be billed directly or authorize AFM to deduct fees from their accounts.
