Fee Structure
Trident generally charges an annual investment management fee based on a percentage of assets under management, up to 2.25%. Fees are negotiable. In limited circumstances, a flat fee may be negotiated. The fees do not include custodian fees or mutual fund expenses. Mr. Paul may receive dealer concessions from an underwriter of new-issue securities purchased by Trident’s clients. Mr. Paul is also licensed as an independent insurance agent and will earn commission-based compensation for selling insurance products.
