OAIS provides investment models with fees ranging from 0% to 1.00% per year. Overlay Managers and third-party investment advisors charge separate fees for account management. For third-party accounts managed by OAIS, the fee is 0.35% per year on Core accounts and 0.50% per year on Elite accounts. These fees are paid quarterly, in advance. Additional fees may be charged by an investment adviser selecting OAIS as a sub-adviser. Fees and expenses for registered products are described in each product's prospectus.
