In special circumstances, and in our sole discretion, we may negotiate a lesser management fee based upon certain criteria.
Fee Estimator
The firm charges an annual "wrap-fee" based on the market value of assets under management. This fee includes portfolio management and Pershing's transaction costs. Fees are billed quarterly in advance. In special circumstances, a lesser fee may be negotiated. The minimum initial investment is $50,000, but may be reduced to $25,000 with approval.
