Fee Estimator
For portfolio management, you'll pay an annual fee based on the value of your managed assets, billed quarterly. The fee is negotiable depending on your circumstances. For accounts under $25,000, an hourly fee of $90 is charged. Asset allocation services are billed at $90 per hour. Erinn Flanagan also receives commissions as a registered representative of Leigh Baldwin & Co., LLC, but not on assets managed by Flanagan Financial Management.
